We do not sell, trade, exchange or otherwise make available any personally identifiable information to any other individual, team or organization. We may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.


  1. Intellectual Property

    Our Terms and Conditions recognizes your right to retain full intellectual property protection for the digital content you create. Your projects, tasks and ideas are yours, you own them.

  2. Sharing your work

    If you share a Decision or S&T with other users, they will only be able to access that specific object shared with them and be able to view your profile name. Sharing an object to the community library will make this available to all users on the Harmony network under your profile name. In you want to protect your privacy and mask your profile name to the audience you have shared with, you are also able to share your work anonymously.

  3. Promotional emails

    To stop receiving our promotions, please click the link found at the bottom of each email or update your account preferences. You can also update these settings under your profile settings.

  4. Confidentiality

    We will maintain all user created data and information in strict confidence (unless a user wishes to publish it) and we will take the same degree of care to protect that information as we would employ to protect similar information belonging to us.

    We are committed to providing our customers with a secure AWS cloud database to ensure your data remains “for your eyes only”. The AWS infrastructure puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centers. The data for the mobile app is stored securely inside the mobile device.

    Personally identifiable data is encrypted in transit between the device and any developer host storage.

    A user can request to delete all their personal data from the system through the user profile section. We comply with GDPR. In case of a data breach we will contact affected users within 72 hours and notify the relevant authorities in the affected user’s countries.

    Goldratt Research Labs claims no ownership over any document data. You retain all intellectual property and other rights to your documents and the information contained therein. We respect your privacy and will never make your documents publicly available without permission.

    Goldratt Research Labs also employs encryption at rest (AES-256) to protect the secrecy of all data persisted by the application. The cryptographic keys used to secure Goldratt Research Labs are protected by Amazon’s Key Management Services.

  5. 3rd Party Applications

    This website uses Google Analytics to track user information anonymously and data is aggregated as much as possible.

    We make use of Constant Contact for our email marketing and management.

Personally Identifiable Information

  1. Retention of Personally Identifiable Information

    If you reside or are located in the EEA, we keep your Personally Identifiable Information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the Personally Identifiable Information is processed. The length of time we retain Personally Identifiable Information for depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

  2. Confidentiality & Security of Personally Identifiable Information

    We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures to keep your Personally Identifiable Information confidential and secure and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted by applicable law. Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment we cannot guarantee the security of Personally Identifiable Information, and there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that e-mails communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.

  3. Updating or Deleting Your Personally Identifiable Information

    Under your profile section you are able to maintain and update any personal information we keep. You are also able to request any of the following items by sending us a mail at

    • provide access to any Personally Identifiable Information we hold about you;
    • update any Personally Identifiable Information which is out of date or incorrect;
    • delete any Personally Identifiable Information which we are holding about you;
    • provide you with a copy of any Personally Identifiable Information which we hold about you.

    Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs and other records, which may or may not contain your Personally Identifiable Information. Please also note that certain Personally Identifiable Information may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, which may include if we need to keep processing your Personally Identifiable Information to comply with a legal obligation.
